IND vs ZIM T20 World Cup LIVE Score

The Indian team would now be feeling relaxed after the Netherlands threw a surprise early morning against South Africa. India are into the semis and would want to celebrate that entry with a big win. A big win could improve its net run rate and as a result, make it finish on top of the group and thus avoid New Zealand in the semi-final.

India skipper Rohit Sharma has won the toss and decided to bat first against Zimbabwe’s Craig Ervine.

Changes in Playing 11 of India and Zimbabwe

India have made just one change to their playing 11 and it is Rishabh Pant who has come in place of Dinesh Karthik who has been off-colour throughout the tournament so far. Rohit Sharma said that since Pant was the only player not to get a game even in the practice matches, therefore he tried to get him a game before the all-important semis.

Zimbabwe’s coach Dave Haughton and Craig Ervine have utilised their brains and brought in a left-arm orthodox spinner Wellington Masakadza into the playing 11. Indian batters have generally struggled against left-arm pace and spin as well.  There was another change as Milton Shumba has been replaced by Tony Munyonga to give the young man a chance on the big stage.
