Domestic equity markets erased early gains and turned weak on Friday as selling pressure ensued across sectors.

Nifty Realty, Auto, IT, Consumer Durables, and Pharma indices dropped around a per cent each. While the PSB index alone held gains of 0.85 per cent.
Broader markets, too, joined the weak market mood as the BSE Midcap and smallcap indices slipped up to 1.2 per cent.
